  During the use of diamond circular saw blades, the utilization of diamond is relatively low. The addition of chromium, titanium, vanadium, zirconium, nickel, manganese and other metals to the prealloyed powder can improve the wettability of the alloy to the diamond, increase the cutting edge height of the diamond, and increase the utilization rate of the diamond; on the other hand, the pre-alloyed powder works. The chemical composition is stable, which overcomes the segregation of the specific gravity of the mechanical mixed powder, the melting and enrichment of low-melting-point metals, the oxidation-prone and volatile metals, and the factors that affect the performance of the carcass during the sintering process, thus ensuring the diamond cutter head Stability and consistency.
